The Plight of Runner Man: This poor fellow is, for all effective purposes, doomed. Run as far as you can before being vaporized by an ion cannon.

My last independent game before the formation of Plaid Notion.

Tips:
hold Left and Right together to slide.
Chain motion powerups [try hoarding yellow] to fling yourself long distances.
Explosions slow down the cannon, though this is difficult to do.
The cannon comes at you faster if you get ahead early on.
I just wish the terrain/obstacle generating algorithm was a little more fair. Sometimes I'd start on a hill, sometimes there would be three bombs right next to each other that would be nigh impossible to jump without setting off, etc...

...On more serious terms, this is old, so mind the occasional balance issue, the lack of indication that the F1 key explains all, and of course, the "programmer art". See if you can beat my high score of 1300.
I remember this!
<3 Runner Man. Great job.
ahaha that was loads of fun

with graphics graphics instead of programmer graphics this wins.
(boost forward and hit a landmine :P)
Wow. 1300 is quite the feat. The most I could get is just under 400. Nice game you've got here.
A WORK OF INNUMERABLE BEAUTY, IS IT NOT?!

I got like 4000 something, but I don't have any proof. >_<
I'll try again, and hopefully win...
What, 4000!??
